Terms of Service

By accessing or using OraclBet (oraclbet.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OraclBet.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use OraclBet. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where prediction market trading is prohibited by law.
• You are not a person barred from using the platform under the laws of your country of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

To access certain features of OraclBet, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Not create more than one account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.

OraclBet operates a prediction market platform where users can trade on the outcome of real-world events. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Prediction markets involve financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you commit to trades.
• Market prices reflect the collective assessment of participants and are not guarantees of actual outcomes.
• OraclBet determines market resolution based on publicly available information and predefined resolution criteria. Resolution decisions are final.
• Markets may be voided or resolved early if events are cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or if resolution criteria cannot be reasonably determined.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. OraclBet does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
• OraclBet may impose position limits, trading limits, or other restrictions at its discretion to maintain market integrity.

OraclBet supports deposits and withdrawals in USDC (USD Coin) and USDT (Tether):

• Deposits must be made using supported stablecoins (USDC or USDT) on supported blockchain networks. Sending unsupported tokens or using unsupported networks may result in permanent loss of funds.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed on the platform.
• Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of withdrawal addresses. OraclBet cannot reverse or recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.
• Processing times for deposits and withdrawals depend on blockchain network conditions. OraclBet is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or other factors beyond our control.
• OraclBet reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

OraclBet may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to:

• Trading fees applied to buy and sell transactions on prediction markets.
• Withdrawal fees to cover blockchain network (gas) costs.
• Any other fees as disclosed on the platform prior to the relevant transaction.

All applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time, with reasonable notice to users.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Market manipulation, including wash trading, spoofing, or any form of artificial price influence.
• Trading on markets where you have material non-public information about the outcome (insider trading).
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written authorization.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform for personal gain.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trading limits or other restrictions.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or OraclBet personnel.
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform, servers, or networks connected to the platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform.

All content, features, and functionality of OraclBet, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of OraclBet or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from OraclBet without our prior written consent.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of OraclBet:

• You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@oraclbet.com. We will endeavor to resolve complaints within 30 business days.
• If informal resolution is not successful within 60 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution.
• Any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
• Disputes regarding market resolution will be handled through our internal review process. You may submit a resolution dispute within 48 hours of a market being resolved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• OraclBet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
• OraclBet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to OraclBet in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• You acknowledge that trading on prediction markets carries inherent risk and that you may lose some or all of your deposited funds.

OraclBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable law.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete required identity verification.
• Inactivity for an extended period as defined by our policies.

Upon termination, you will have a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) to withdraw any remaining funds from your account, provided there are no pending investigations or legal holds on your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OraclBet is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.
